Sean Harris
Dr. Sean Harris worked as a personal trainer for 5 years while receiving his undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he also played 2 seasons of Rugby. Sean graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2015. He then went on to complete a Residency program specializing in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2016. Following graduation from Residency, he went on to receive his Fellowship from the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.
In 2016, Sean went back to graduate school at Texas Woman’s University to pursue his PhD with emphasis on low-back pain. Sean has research publications in cross-training, endurance athletes, post-operative procedures, low-back pain, and neuropathies.

Ricky Mupier
Ricky-Paul Mupier is a native of Cypress, Tx and a graduate of Cypress Falls. He received his Bachelor of Science in kinesiology with a concentration in wellness management from Houston Baptist University, where he was a Division I soccer athlete. Following undergrad, he adventured to Europe and played a small stint of professional soccer.
Upon concluding his soccer career, he pursued an MBA in healthcare administration from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Ricky enjoys building relationships and providing help to others. He strives to create a welcoming environment for anyone who walks through our doors.

Doug Smith
I'm an ACE certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for health and wellness that began in high school. Since 2020, I've been dedicated to helping individuals achieve their best fitness and nutrition lifestyles for long-term results.
Whether you're new to fitness and unsure where to start or a seasoned athlete looking for accountability and fresh guidance, I'm here to help you every step of the way. My goal is to create personalized plans that fit your unique needs and goals, ensuring sustainable progress and lasting success.
I also teach group fitness classes that are designed to be engaging, challenging, and fun. These classes cater to all fitness levels and provide a supportive environment where participants can motivate each other while achieving their fitness goals.
In addition to working with adults, I work with kids for sports performance training and development. By focusing on speed, strength, agility, and endurance. I aim to help young athletes improve their performance, prevent injuries, and build a strong foundation for their future in sports.
